Crystal is an established physicist with an exhaustive knowledge base in decision engineering and data science. Post graduation, Crystal served as a Management Consultant for The Boston Consulting Group where she honed her skills in performance management, strategy implementation and amending client operational procedures for Fortune 500 corporations.
Her skill set earned her a role as a Ride Engagement Data Scientist at Uber, where she manages a small team of data scientists working on projects that build production machine learning models which target rider incentives. When she is not working, Crystal enjoys fellowshiping with her closest friends, playing guitar or solving exciting puzzles.
