NBC
UNIVERSAL
FELLOW

Selected as one of seven West Coast Fellows for NBCUniversal, I was afforded the privilege to work as a Mechanical Engineer at Universal Studios Hollywood, reverse engineering power trams and optimizing pneumatic motor efficiency for WaterWorld. This opportunity taught me how to build more than just machines, but memories as well.

• Gained first-hand experience in engineering and emerging media applications for NBCUniversal
• Spearheaded mechanical engineering projects to redesign inefficient parts in power units and water themed attractions
• Developed a standardized mechanical design package compiled with 36 reverse engineered brackets to reduce financial impedance during mechanical repairs
• Improve longevity of hydraulic wiring and pneumatic motor efficiency in vehicle and live action attractions
• Engage in professional development sessions with senior executives to learn and improve the inner workings of NBCUniversal
