MARSHALLYN NELSON II, ESQ.

Marshallyn is a corporate attorney with a wealth of experience with Civic Financial Services (CFS). She began her career serving as a Mortgage-Backed Security Execution Manager for Fannie Mae, then began specializing in multifamily structured transactions. In that role, she managed multibillion dollar contracts that allowed borrrowers to sell, acquire, and rehabilitate properties as needed.
Post Fannie Mae, Marshallyn improved her versatility serving as a Contract Specialist for the Department of Defense in the Navy branch of the United States Military. Looking to apply her new expertise in her previous field, Marshallyn transitioned back to the private sector with CFS where she specializes in drafting loan documentation, establishing business rules and processes in support of the multifamily operations team.
